Where can we obtain a marriage license?

Wedding packages require a Clark County marriage license, which may be obtained at the Clark County Regional Justice Center between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Midnight, daily. A fee of $102 (subject to change) in cash or traveler’s check is required. Before heading to the Marriage License Bureau, we recommend filling out the pre-application at www.MLIC.Vegas. The marriage license will cost about $102. To obtain the marriage license, both you and your partner must be present with a form of valid government-issued photo ID each (such as a driver’s license or passport).
Are same-sex marriages legal in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada?

Yes, as of October 9, 2014, the Clark County Regional Justice Center has issued marriage licenses for legally binding same-sex marriages. More details are available on Wikipedia.
Does the Chapel of Love perform renewals or ceremonies just for fun?

Yes, we do! All of our ceremonies come with a commemorative certificate celebrating your special day.
Does the Chapel of Love have a late policy?

Yes, there will be a $100.00 late fee if the ceremony starts late. If the ceremony is fifteen (15) minutes late, the wedding will be canceled or postponed with no refund.
Can we take photos or video during the ceremony?

As long as your package comes with photos or video then yes! If you do not have photos or video in your package then you can purchase a media pass. Ask your coordinator for details.
Does the Chapel of Love require a deposit?

Yes! We require a deposit of 50% for all ceremony packages, and payment is due when reserving your date and time. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the ceremony.
How many guests can the Chapel of Love accommodate and are there guest limits?

We can accommodate approximately 60 guests comfortably plus standing room available. We do not have guest limits on any of our packages.
Does Chapel of Love offer silk for custom bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres?

Yes. We offer a wide variety of flower options! Contact your wedding coordinator with your desired request for pricing options.
What are the most popular add-on that other couples like me choose?

Our top three most popular add-ons are Hair and Makeup service, additional photography at offsite locations, and floral upgrades.
